Angie worked with me and my mother throughout the years. We’ve worked on many real estate projects together. She is my go to person, super knowledgeable and always takes my calls no matter what. It’s good to have someone you trust that you can work with when it comes to dealing with such personal information like your tax returns, banking info, etc. I don’t like putting my information out there like that but I always felt like my information was secure with them. I have never had a single problem in all the years that I worked with her company. We couldn’t recommend Angie more highly. She is A1!

Christina is absolutely amazing!!!! She made my buying process so smooth & gave it a personal touch of care. Super professional, knowledgeable, reachable, helpful in so many ways & never gives up. Christina wears many titles, so she can literally assist with almost everything along the buying process.

We needed more space and a better environment for our family so I called Angie and Al because they helped me and my husband in the past. Angie got me pre-approved right away and we found a home very quickly. They got us to the closing table and it was a smooth transaction. Having to provide so many documents to get a mortgage is a pain in the butt but Angie and Lindsey understood me and my husband’s crazy work schedules and really worked with us. I came to Christina after having a horrible prior experience with another lender. She assured me that she would be there every step of the way, with answers for any questions I had and she did just that. Christina, Lindsey and Alfred worked hard to get me the home I wanted. My loan was difficult to close, I was discouraged at one point and almost called it quits but Alfred, called me and reassured me that I wasn’t wasting my time. He made it clear that he would be doing everything possible to deliver good news and he did. Lindsey was a pleasure to work with, she managed all the paperwork and made sure we had everything in order. I had many questions and needed things to be explained to me several times and not once did anyone make me feel like a bother. Working with Acre mortgage was an absolute pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone looking purchase a home.”

My home was being sold and Angie was the loan officer for the buyer. It’s not the norm that the seller speaks with the buyer’s loan officer but I had to speak with Angie a few times because I just had some general questions about the how the process works. I appreciated Angie being so down to earth and professional. She answered all my questions and let me know it was ok to call her anytime. I didn’t use a realtor so I was a little nervous but Angie told me to call her anytime. She made me feel like she was working for me too and I felt like she really cared.

I retired and moved in with my fiancé so I don’t think I will be purchasing a home anytime soon but if we ever decide to refinance, I’ll be calling on Angie. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to work with someone that is kind and professional and really cares.

Short story-

When my wife and I first thought of buying a home, the loan process intimidated me. It’s just so much the average person buying their first home doesn’t know. I spoke to Angie first when I decided to call. Her and Lindsey’s help turned a mountain into a hill. With only a few phone calls, we laughed over paperwork and before I knew it, I had the keys to my home. Angie was a game changer for us. Thanks Acre Mortgage.” 

My first interaction with Acre Mortgage was Christina, and she was such a pleasure to work with. My realtor did warn me the entire team was pretty awesome & he was right. Our first interaction was so at ease, it felt like we had known each other for a long time. She explained the process and was very precise with what she would need from me along the way. 

As the process moved along, Christina was away when I was getting close to closing on the property, Lindsey took over & you wouldn’t know because it was really a seamless transition, because she didn’t miss a beat.. We were texting constantly on her personal cell (even after working hours) along the way. like she never missed a call or ignored a message – even to just say she saw it & she would respond when she got a chance.

Anyone that knows me, knows that effective communication is my thing and when I tell you Lindsey spoke my language she absolutely did. 

I also did connect with Al, and I know it’s because of his leadership why his team is so amazing. I would recommend them over and over and over again. Never once did they drop the ball, NEVER!!! I truly appreciate their professionalism & diligence throughout the entire process of me buying my first home.

I wanted to purchase my sister’s home but the process could have been challenging due to a few issues. I wasn’t going to do it but I changed my mind because Angie told me it would be ok. She reassured me throughout the entire process and made it happen for me. I am so grateful! I appreciate her honesty in looking at my situation not as an obstacle but a challenge. We closed with my sister and I both being very happy with the terms. 

I want to start looking into some investment properties so I’m glad I have a team at Acre Mortgage that will guide me through the process. I’ve never had any investment properties but I know I will some day with Angie’s help. Right now, I am just a happy first-time homeowner in South Carolina.

I have known Angie personally for many years and have been doing business with her for many years. She has helped me find homes as my real estate agent and has also helped me as my loan officer. It is great working with someone that is knowledgeable with real estate and mortgages. She is patient and fun to work with because she cares about you finding a home that is affordable for you and won’t make you house poor.
